University Examination Regulations
Academic Year 2025/2026
Final Examination Schedule and Instructions
The written examinations will commence on Saturday, 16 May 2026, and conclude on Thursday, 25 June 2026.
Examinations will be conducted in two sessions:
First Session
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM for Level 1 and Level 2 courses.
Second Session
1:00 PM – 3:00 PM for Level 3 and Level 4 courses.
Examination Instructions
Students must arrive at the examination hall at least 15 minutes before the scheduled starting time.
Entry to the examination hall will not be permitted without a valid proof of identity (University ID card, National ID card, or Passport for international students). Photos of IDs on mobile phones will not be accepted.
Mobile phones, smart devices (including Android devices and smart watches), papers, or any unauthorized materials are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall.
Possession of prohibited items shall be considered an attempt to cheat, even if they are not used, in accordance with Article 125 of the Universities Organization Law.
Any student found cheating or attempting to cheat shall be subject to disciplinary procedures and penalties.
Students are not permitted to leave the examination hall before one hour has elapsed from the beginning of the examination.
Students must sign the attendance sheet inside the examination hall.
Students are responsible for bringing all required examination materials and stationery.
Students must ensure that their full name and university ID number are clearly written on both the question paper and the answer booklet.
Students must verify that the question paper code matches the code indicated on the answer booklet (where applicable).
Students are expected to maintain discipline and avoid causing any disturbance inside the examination hall.
Students should manage their time effectively and allocate sufficient time for each section of the examination.
These regulations are established to ensure the integrity, fairness, and smooth conduct of examinations. All students are required to comply fully with these instructions.
